Inspiration can come from anywhere.

One has to be receptive to sources most unlikely. You can literally find inspiration in and even on every street corner. On the other hand, one cannot rely purely on the luck of the moment. Inspiration can be the result of a meticulously planned and executed creative process. This process means extracting a constant flow of impressions and information from many different sources.

I am constantly monitoring developments in many design areas and trends in neighboring fields such as architecture, art, and fashion. This permanent ground work lays the foundations for the inspirational moment. It is like looking at a map where, after a brief orientation phase, you have your inspirational moment, and you know which way to go.
